Helen Lane
10MMM YOUR SAY Research Project Officer
RMIT University Hamilton

I love working with IT and rural young people. Country kids rock.  I like finding out about new and cutting edge technologies and then help other people to use it to do nifty things like building games, films, podcasts, digital stories etc.  It’s about having a voice and having options.  My job is to also help young people look at the way technology and multimedia affects them so that they and the government can make better decisions.

I like rain and banana and peanut butter sandwiches.  I love going to plays and writing competitions. My mum says I was a good kid, a terrible teenager and now I’ve turned out AOK!
